Ordered a pair of the 2023 Spiderz PRO batting gloves for my son to try as our travel club offered a discount code. My son tends to be picky about the feel of his gloves and has tried many brands, including a very expensive, thick popular brand (BB) out there. He really likes the feel of the gloves and his second pair seem to be holding up well. Prior to ordering the first pair, I did reach out to customer service and request a size chart because a lot of the comments state the gloves run small. I ordered a large after measuring my son's hand. He wore the gloves twice and one tore significantly. No warranty offered on these gloves, however I did reach out to customer service since one failed right out of the gate. They reviewed my request and photo and did approve a replacement, sending an XL to replace the size L that tore. Will definitely order again.
